## Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

About Kinno Hotel

Kinno Hotel, a luxurious destination, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

This is a full-time role based in Tema Community 12, Ghana, offering the opportunity to drive sales and marketing strategy for a premium hotel property.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, government entities, and diplomatic clients
Lead OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel development and management
Drive revenue growth and market presence

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing
Minimum 2 years in a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager role
Strong expertise in OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel development
Proven ability to build and nurture strategic relationships, including with government and diplomatic entities
