Kinno Hotel, a luxurious destination, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

This is a full-time role based in Tema Community 12, Ghana, offering the opportunity to drive sales and marketing strategy for a premium hotel property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, government entities, and diplomatic clients
• Lead OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel development and management
• Drive revenue growth and market presence

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing
• Minimum 2 years in a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager role
• Strong expertise in OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel development
• Proven ability to build and nurture strategic relationships, including with government and diplomatic entities
