Position Overview
Rehoboth Properties Limited, a reputable and leading Real Estate company based in Accra, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all day-to-day business activities and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Train and manage department heads and low-level managers
- Create and manage budgets
- Improve revenue generation
- Hire and evaluate employees
- Assess performance and productivity
- Analyze accounting and financial data
- Research and identify growth opportunities
- Generate reports and deliver presentations
- Develop policies and communicate business goals
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1st Degree in Building Technology or a related field
- Membership of a recognized professional body
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in the building and construction industry
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position with a reputable multinational or local construction and Real Estate company
- Work experience in a Housing Institution is an added advantage

- Marketing expertise for social housing products

- Comprehensive knowledge of different business functions
- MBA or professional qualification in marketing is an added advantage
