## Title: General Manager

Position Overview

Rehoboth Properties Limited, a reputable and leading Real Estate company based in Accra, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all day-to-day business activities and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations
  • Develop and implement growth strategies
  • Train and manage department heads and low-level managers
  • Create and manage budgets
  • Improve revenue generation
  • Hire and evaluate employees
  • Assess performance and productivity
  • Analyze accounting and financial data
  • Research and identify growth opportunities
  • Generate reports and deliver presentations
  • Develop policies and communicate business goals

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 1st Degree in Building Technology or a related field
  • Membership of a recognized professional body

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in the building and construction industry
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position with a reputable multinational or local construction and Real Estate company
  • Work experience in a Housing Institution is an added advantage

  • Marketing expertise for social housing products

  • Hardworking and disciplined with strong integrity
  • Comprehensive knowledge of different business functions
