• To increase the Bank’s loan portfolio through the advancement of good loans to prospective clients

General Duties

• Group formation and effective group management

• Credit Management, disbursement and recovery of loans

Required Qualifications: Required & Experience

• A minimum qualification of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Agriculture, B. Com, and Social Work from a recognised institution

Technical

• Willingness to work in rural and deprived areas

• Motor bike riding skills and a valid license

Personality

• Strong public relation and community entry skills

• Detail oriented

• Ability to deal with stressful situations
