Position Overview: Job Title: Microfinance Officers Purpose • To increase the Bank’s loan portfolio through the advancement of good loans to prospective clients General Duties • Group formation and effective group management • Credit Management, disbursement and recovery of loans Required Qualifications: Required & Experience • A minimum qualification of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Agriculture, B.
