## Title: Head of Marketing and Business Development

About the Role

Awutu Emasa Rural Bank LTD is seeking a qualified Head of Marketing and Business Development to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Shape and maintain the company's brand identity in the market
Oversee the conception, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels
Conduct thorough market research, analyze trends and monitor competitor activities to inform strategies and identify new opportunities
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and customer segments to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners and key stakeholders to facilitate growth
Drive sales and increase revenues of the bank

Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
Master's Degree (advantageous)
