About the Role

Awutu Emasa Rural Bank LTD is seeking a qualified Head of Marketing and Business Development to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain the company's brand identity in the market
• Oversee the conception, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels
• Conduct thorough market research, analyze trends and monitor competitor activities to inform strategies and identify new opportunities
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and customer segments to drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners and key stakeholders to facilitate growth
• Drive sales and increase revenues of the bank

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
• Master's Degree (advantageous)
