## Title: Head of IT

About the Role

A reputable financial institution is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to serve as Head of IT. The successful candidate will contribute to the institution's mission of providing exceptional financial services and strengthening operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the organization's overall IT strategy and operations
Develop and implement IT policies, systems, and security frameworks
Oversee infrastructure, network, and data management
Manage IT budgets, projects, and vendor relationships
Supervise and mentor the IT team

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT management, with 5+ years in a Senior Management role
Proficiency in T24 core banking software
