About the Role

A reputable financial institution is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to serve as Head of IT. The successful candidate will contribute to the institution's mission of providing exceptional financial services and strengthening operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's overall IT strategy and operations
• Develop and implement IT policies, systems, and security frameworks
• Oversee infrastructure, network, and data management
• Manage IT budgets, projects, and vendor relationships
• Supervise and mentor the IT team

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT management, with 5+ years in a Senior Management role
• Proficiency in T24 core banking software
