Director of Finance and Administration at Reputable Company

About the Position

Reputable Company is expanding its operations and enhancing service delivery. We are seeking a competent and purpose-driven Director of Finance and Administration to join our team in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and other regulatory guidelines
• Oversee financial aspects of membership dues and renewals
• Manage and report on grants, project funding, and donor requirements
• Support policies and advocacy work with economic data and cost-benefit analyses
• Advise on investment opportunities and provide strategic direction for the company's administration
• Ensure proper books of accounts are maintained for all organizational transactions and financial activities
• Maintain the organization's financial health, including cash flow forecasting
• Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities
• Manage the general administration of the organization
• Prepare and consolidate regular reports from various departments and regions for management review
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely preparation of financial statements and annual reports

Required Qualifications

• BSc, BA, or MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar finance leadership role

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Director
• Experience in the financial sector
• Knowledge of membership-based business models and revenue structures
