## Title: Director of Finance and Administration
About the Position
Reputable Company is expanding its operations and enhancing service delivery. We are seeking a competent and purpose-driven Director of Finance and Administration to join our team in Accra, Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and other regulatory guidelines
- Oversee financial aspects of membership dues and renewals
- Manage and report on grants, project funding, and donor requirements
- Support policies and advocacy work with economic data and cost-benefit analyses
- Advise on investment opportunities and provide strategic direction for the company's administration
- Ensure proper books of accounts are maintained for all organizational transactions and financial activities
- Maintain the organization's financial health, including cash flow forecasting
- Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage the general administration of the organization
- Prepare and consolidate regular reports from various departments and regions for management review
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely preparation of financial statements and annual reports
Required Qualifications
- BSc, BA, or MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar finance leadership role
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Director
- Experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of membership-based business models and revenue structures
