## Title: Client Relations Manager

About the Role

A property development company is seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to deliver excellent customer experience to clients, ensure adherence to agreements, and oversee the Client Relations team.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: CEO/COO

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer experience to clients
Ensure adherence to client agreements
Oversee and manage the Client Relations team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (1st Degree) or LLB in Law, Communication, Sales and Marketing, or related field
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in client relations, customer experience, sales, or related areas
Minimum 6 years of management experience
Age: 35 years and above
Available for immediate employment
