About the Role

A property development company is seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to deliver excellent customer experience to clients, ensure adherence to agreements, and oversee the Client Relations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience to clients
• Ensure adherence to client agreements
• Oversee and manage the Client Relations team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (1st Degree) or LLB in Law, Communication, Sales and Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in client relations, customer experience, sales, or related areas
• Minimum 6 years of management experience
• Age: 35 years and above
• Available for immediate employment
