## Title: Chief Security Officer

About the Role

A reputable financial institution in the Ashanti Region is seeking a Chief Security Officer to supervise all security personnel and ensure the safety of human resources and institutional property.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the activities of all security personnel
Ensure the safety of human resources and property

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (1st Degree) and any professional qualification
Attained the rank of Warrant Officer in the Armed Forces, or equivalent status in the Police or Prison Service
Age: 50–55 years
Valid driver's license
Ability to ride motorbikes
Ability to handle modern weapons, including pump-action guns

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Ashanti Region, Kumasi, Ghana
Initial Duration: 2 years with possible extension
Salary: Attractive and negotiable
