About the Role

A reputable financial institution in the Ashanti Region is seeking a Chief Security Officer to supervise all security personnel and ensure the safety of human resources and institutional property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of all security personnel
• Ensure the safety of human resources and property

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (1st Degree) and any professional qualification
• Attained the rank of Warrant Officer in the Armed Forces, or equivalent status in the Police or Prison Service
• Age: 50–55 years
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to ride motorbikes
• Ability to handle modern weapons, including pump-action guns

• Location: Ashanti Region, Kumasi, Ghana
• Initial Duration: 2 years with possible extension
