About the Role

Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring a Caterpillar Electrician for immediate employment. This is a full-time position based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Caterpillar earthmoving equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems
• Interpret technical documentation and electrical schematics
• Support power generation systems and operations

Required Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering Technician Part 2 (EET2) certification minimum
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on post-qualification experience with Caterpillar earthmoving equipment
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature and electrical schematics
• Proficiency with Electronic Technician (ET) tools and equipment
• Strong understanding of power generation systems and operations

Required Competencies

• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Technical literacy and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Flexibility to work at various locations throughout Ghana
