## Title: Caterpillar Electrician
About the Role
Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring a Caterpillar Electrician for immediate employment. This is a full-time position based in Accra, Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair Caterpillar earthmoving equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems
- Interpret technical documentation and electrical schematics
- Support power generation systems and operations
Required Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering Technician Part 2 (EET2) certification minimum
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on post-qualification experience with Caterpillar earthmoving equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature and electrical schematics
- Proficiency with Electronic Technician (ET) tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of power generation systems and operations
Required Competencies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Technical literacy and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Flexibility to work at various locations throughout Ghana
