Key Responsibilities

Booking and issuing air tickets, cruises, and car rentals
Managing customer travel arrangements with professionalism and attention to detail
Providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in booking and issuing air tickets, cruises, and car rentals
Strong computer proficiency and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, and Web GDS)
Bilingual capabilities—French language skills preferred
