Key Responsibilities

• Booking and issuing air tickets, cruises, and car rentals
• Managing customer travel arrangements with professionalism and attention to detail
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in booking and issuing air tickets, cruises, and car rentals
• Strong computer proficiency and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, and Web GDS)
• Bilingual capabilities—French language skills preferred
