## Title: AC Technician

About the Role

Cool Guy Air-Conditioning Service Company is seeking skilled AC Technicians to join our professional team for full-time positions. You will be responsible for servicing home and office air conditioning systems across Accra.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair AC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication

Required Qualifications & Experience

2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician
NABPT (National Board for Professional Technicians) certification or equivalent
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Valid driver's license (preferred)

Compensation

GHS 3,000–4,000 per month plus performance-based incentives
