AC Technician at Cool Guy Air-Conditioning

About the Role

Cool Guy Air-Conditioning Service Company is seeking skilled AC Technicians to join our professional team for full-time positions. You will be responsible for servicing home and office air conditioning systems across Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair AC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician
• NABPT (National Board for Professional Technicians) certification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid driver's license (preferred)

Compensation

GHS 3,000–4,000 per month plus performance-based incentives
