Position Overview
We are recruiting experienced Audit Seniors to join our growing team in Accra, Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements and supervise team members
- Mentor junior audit staff and foster a collaborative team environment
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and non-financial data
- Develop effective audit strategies, considering both industry best practices and client-specific needs
- Identify deficiencies in clients' control environments and business processes, and provide pragmatic recommendations
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of audit and IFRS standards and respective regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- First Degree from a recognized university
- Membership in a recognized professional body:
- Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), or
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in audit
