Position Overview

We are recruiting experienced Audit Seniors to join our growing team in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements and supervise team members
• Mentor junior audit staff and foster a collaborative team environment
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and non-financial data
• Develop effective audit strategies, considering both industry best practices and client-specific needs
• Identify deficiencies in clients' control environments and business processes, and provide pragmatic recommendations
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of audit and IFRS standards and respective regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• First Degree from a recognized university
• Membership in a recognized professional body:
  • Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), or
  • Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in audit
