Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Execute administrative duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
- Schedule and assign administrative projects, expediting work results to meet operational requirements
- Arrange travel for senior staff, including booking flights, vehicles, and hotel or restaurant reservations
- Maintain professional communication with colleagues and external contacts via phone, email, and mail
- Support team initiatives through organizational tasks and effective communication
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment by performing preventive maintenance, scheduling repairs, and managing equipment inventories
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment and techniques to improve efficiency
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders
- Contribute to team success by completing related tasks as needed
