Role • The purpose of this role is to recruit, set goals, coach and monitor top sales performance • Responsible for the day-to-day management of sales team members Position Overview: Job Title: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: • Ensure sales team members are fully resourced and equipped with required sales documentations (including marketing materials, proposals and contract templates) • Motivating, guiding abd educating the sales team on best practices. Provide the support and confidence the team needs to sell effectively • Lead by example in achieving personal and team targets month on month • Ensure compliance with company minimum standards for the Sales function. Ability to enforce sales team adoption and use of Salesforce CRM tool for sales process management • Ability to build a team spirit and create harmony within the sales team for optimum performance • Maintain non-people and people costs of the sales and business development within budget Required Qualifications: Required & Experience Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Strong business sense and security industry • Proven ability to closing “big ticket” sales • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills • BA/BSc/MS degree in sales and marketing or business administration or related field • 5 years of previous experience in a sales role within security industry perferably Electronic security systems (ESS) sales Location: Accra Interested persons must send their CVs to: [email protected] With the Job ID: F12023
