## Title: HR & Administration Officer
Position Overview
Full-Time position in Human Resource Management located in Accra, Ghana.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor human resource policies, systems, and procedures in line with applicable rules and regulations
- Maintain and update employee records and generate reports to facilitate decision-making and compensation management
- Implement and coordinate job documentation and employee recruitment, placement, and orientation processes
- Facilitate employee promotion, transfer, retirement, and benefits payment
- Maintain and update market remuneration surveys to form the basis for developing and/or reviewing compensation policy
- Implement and coordinate performance management systems and employee appraisal cycles
- Coordinate and monitor training assessment, clerical, transport, janitorial, and security services
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA, MSc, or MA in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
- Member of a Human Resource Professional body
- 6 years of relevant human resources practice experience with 2 years in a supervisory role
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge and understanding of labour and compensation-related legislation
- Good knowledge and understanding of collective agreements and conditions of service
- Good knowledge, understanding, and application of performance management and compensation systems and tools
- Good knowledge, understanding, and application of recruitment, placement, and induction approaches and practices
- Good knowledge and understanding of compensation and reward management systems
- Good knowledge, understanding, and application of training needs analysis, planning, and delivery tools
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
