## Title: Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA)

Position Overview

GIDEC Endoscopy Centre is seeking a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) to support the delivery of pharmacy services. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist to dispense medicines and coordinate day-to-day pharmacy activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in dispensing medicines from clinically approved prescriptions in accordance with standard operating procedures
Support the delivery of pharmacy services through effective coordination of daily activities
Provide medicines and advice to patients under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist or Medical Practitioner
Maintain security of all pharmaceutical products in accordance with standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

MCA Certification from a recognized institution
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a related position

Required Competencies

Strong communication skills
Ability to read and carry out instructions accurately
Attention to detail
Manual dexterity
Computer literacy
