Position Overview
The Governing Council of Christ Apostolic University College (CAUC) invites applications from qualified and competent persons for the position of Vice President.

Key Responsibilities
Under the direction of the University Council, the Vice President serves as the Academic and Administrative head, as well as the Chief Disciplinary Officer of the University College. Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and promoting good order and efficiency of the University College
- Executing functions as prescribed by the Statutes of the University College
- Operating under the direction of the President
Required Qualifications
- Professorial rank or Senior Lecturer position with a PhD
- Extensive research experience and administrative leadership
- Individual of stature and integrity with exemplary leadership qualities
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Zeal and energy to advance the University College's mission and vision
Essential Experience and Competencies
Applicants must demonstrate evidence of the following:
- Experience in university governance
- Clear understanding and appreciation of challenges facing private tertiary education in Ghana
- Ability to foster and promote good internal and external relations
- Ability to project the University College's image effectively at national and international levels
- Strong, visionary leadership and capacity for innovation
- Fundraising capabilities
- Track record of initiating, leading, and managing change
Term of Appointment
This is a contract appointment for a period of three (3) years.
