## Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join the Centre for Entrepreneurship Philanthropy and Ethics (CEPE) as an Administrative Assistant. This role supports the effective operations of CEPE through organization-wide administration, document management, basic project management, and research activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director for Centre operations
- Manage organization-wide documentation and filing systems
- Handle Centre correspondence
- Prepare reports and meeting minutes
- Provide business management support for incubated businesses
- Track the progress of businesses supported by the Centre
- Conduct research on Centre activities as requested by the Executive Director
- Coordinate proposal writing for grants and manage grant administration
- Serve as the primary resource for locating information, documents, and activity status updates
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Curious and entrepreneurial mindset
- Razor-sharp problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Quick learning ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
