No, your credits never expire. Once purchased or received as a bonus, they remain in your account until used.
Credits are purchased as needed and deducted per action (apply, unlock a job, use an AI tool). Subscriptions give unlimited access to standard jobs and include certain AI tools depending on the plan.
We accept Orange Money, Wave, MTN Mobile Money, Visa/Mastercard cards and PayPal. All payments are secure.
Used credits are non-refundable. For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime — access remains active until the end of the paid period.
You receive 3 credits when your profile reaches 50%, plus 2 bonus credits at 90% completion (5 credits total). You can also earn 5 credits by referring a friend (your friend also gets 2 bonus credits).
