Position Summary

The Logistics Warehouse Storekeeper plays a vital role in effective inventory management and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for executing warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely operations that support our mission to serve rural farmers across Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dispatching and receiving goods
• Maintain accurate records in both the logistics database and ERP system
• Ensure timely data entry for all warehouse transactions
• Monitor feed stock levels to prevent stockouts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper stacking and safety practices throughout the warehouse
• Ensure the warehouse remains secure and clean
• Proactively request sufficient stock to cover upcoming demand

Key Performance Indicators

• Warehouse Shrink %: Minimize volume of feed lost due to theft, damage, and clerical error
• Data Accuracy: Record clean and accurate data in both logistics database and ERP systems
• Timely Data Entry: Ensure data is recorded promptly in logistics database and ERP systems
• Number of Stockouts: Prevent stockouts to ensure customers have a positive experience
