Position Summary

The Warehouse Storekeeper plays a vital role in effective inventory management and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for executing warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing the dispatch and receipt of goods, maintaining accurate records in both the logistics database and ERP system, and ensuring timely data entry. Additionally, the role involves monitoring feed stock levels to prevent stockouts, maintaining proper stacking and safety practices, and ensuring the warehouse is secure and clean.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Dispatch and receive goods efficiently and accurately
• Maintain accurate records in the logistics database and ERP system
• Ensure timely data entry for all warehouse transactions
• Monitor feed stock levels to prevent stockouts
• Maintain proper stacking and implement safety practices
• Ensure the warehouse is secure and clean

Key Performance Indicators

• Warehouse Shrink %: Minimize volume of feed that has gone missing due to theft, damage, and clerical error
• Data Accuracy: Record clean and accurate data in both the logistics database and ERP system
• Timely Data Entry: Record data in a timely manner in the logistics database and ERP system
• Number of Stockouts: Ensure customers have a positive experience by proactively requesting sufficient stock to cover upcoming demand
