Senior Technical Trainer

Job Summary

Responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for ATM engineers, technicians, and support staff. The role ensures that all maintenance and operational personnel possess the required technical skills to install, configure, repair, and maintain ATM hardware and software systems. The trainer also collaborates with equipment manufacturers and vendors to ensure training materials are current and aligned with technological advancements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, practical technical training sessions for ATM maintenance and operational personnel
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ATM systems, including hardware, firmware, and software troubleshooting
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and vendors to keep training materials current
• Assess organizational training needs and adapt programs accordingly
• Stay current with emerging ATM technologies and service innovations

Required Skills and Competencies
