Job Summary

The Senior Spare Parts & Inventory Officer oversees the procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of ATM spare parts, tools, and technical assets across all maintenance centers. This role ensures spare parts availability when required, maintains accurate records, and promotes efficient usage to minimize downtime and operational costs. The position manages asset lifecycle records, coordinates with procurement and maintenance teams, and ensures compliance with organizational standards and audit requirements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning, control, and logistics for spare parts and technical assets
• Oversee procurement, storage, and distribution of ATM spare parts and tools across maintenance centers
• Track and monitor spare parts usage and availability
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation
• Manage asset lifecycle records and ensure proper asset valuation
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and audit requirements
• Analyze inventory data and forecast spare parts requirements
