Senior IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional planning, execution, and closure of multiple IT projects, including ITSM and EPM implementations. You will deliver projects on time and within scope while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead onsite and remote teams to manage project activities and obtain necessary stakeholder approvals
• Manage timelines, project budgets, and key milestones to ensure smooth delivery
• Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications
• Proactively identify and manage project risks to minimize impact on deliverables
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery outcomes through disciplined execution
• Maintain project documentation and report status on tasks regularly
