Position Summary
The Sales and Operations Manager – Flight Service Operations is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of in-flight service operations while driving sales performance and service excellence. The role ensures operational efficiency, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and compliance with aviation regulations and company standards. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with strategic business objectives.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily flight service operations
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Optimize resource allocation, staffing, and scheduling to ensure service efficiency
Sales & Revenue Management
- Develop and implement onboard sales strategies to maximize ancillary revenue
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Identify market opportunities to enhance onboard product offerings
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial departments to promote inflight products and services
Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Analyse passenger feedback and implement service improvement initiatives
- Maintain consistent brand representation and service excellence standards
Financial & Performance Management
- Prepare operational budgets and monitor expenditures
- Analyse cost structures and identify efficiency improvements
- Use performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and supervise operational teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate staff development programs
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
