Position Overview

Project Background

Future4Binti is a regional initiative funded by the State of the Netherlands and led by Amref Health Africa in partnership with Plan International, working with a strong network of local civil society organizations across Ethiopia, Kenya, and Somalia. The project aims to eliminate harmful practices including FGM/C and CEFM/U, and to advance gender equality for girls and young women. Future4Binti aligns with the Dutch MoFA Focus Framework (2026–2030), the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, national policies, and SDGs related to health.
