Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production & Technical Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations at our PPE production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, high equipment reliability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all production operations at the PPE manufacturing facility
• Develop and implement efficient production planning and scheduling
• Ensure high equipment reliability and maintenance standards
• Optimize manufacturing processes and operational efficiency
• Manage production teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
