Performance Evaluation Principal Officer

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. A. Performance Evaluation & Monitoring Lead the development and implementation of organizational performance evaluation frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Evaluate corporate, departmental, and project performance against strategic plans, annual plans, and KPIs. Ensure performance evaluations are objective, evidence-based, and aligned with organizational goals. Conduct periodic performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annual). B. Planning Alignment & Results Measurement Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operational plans, and performance indicators. Review performance targets and indicators to ensure they are SMART and measurable. Support departments in translating strategic objectives into measurable KPIs. C. Reporting & Management Support Prepare consolidated performance evaluation reports for senior management, executive committees, and the Board.Present performance findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to decision-makers. Provide early warning signals on underperformance and implementation gaps. D. Systems, Tools & Standards Develop and maintain performance management tools, dashboards, and scorecards. Establish and enforce performance evaluation standards, guidelines, and reporting templates. Ensure consistency and data quality across all performance reports. E. Continuous Improvement & Learning Analyze performance data to identify lessons learned, best practices, and improvement opportunities. Recommend corrective actions and performance improvement plans for underperforming units or projects. Promote a performance-oriented culture within the organization. F. Capacity Building & Coordination Provide technical support and coaching to departments on performance measurement and evaluation. Coordinate performance evaluation activities with planning, M&E, finance, and audit teams. Support internal and external performance audits and evaluations when required.
