• Supporting coordination across teams

Responsibilities

• Track deadlines and follow up with teams
• Maintain and update project boards and internal trackers
• Prepare documents using Google Docs and Sheets
• Prepare presentations using Google Slides
• Design simple reports and summaries using Canva
• Take meeting minutes and track action items
• Organize and maintain Google Drive folders
