Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bank permits, invoices, and packing lists for import and export shipments
• Maintain communication with logistics departments, airlines, banks, and governmental offices
• Lead logistics and operations department activities
• Arrange sales contracts and shipment schedules with complete documentation
• Communicate with international buyers and suppliers regarding shipment schedules and status
• Interact with third-party logistics service providers
• Audit freight costs and documentation
• Ensure all payments are processed on time
• Create packing lists and update shipment information in the database
• Organize files both manually and electronically
• Monitor and facilitate repair orders
• Coordinate deliveries
• Ensure all documents are delivered to customers and airlines
• Handle flight booking and follow-up
• Prepare annual and quarterly work plans and report progress weekly
• Assist sister companies and other departments as needed
• Perform other duties assigned by the department or organization
