Junior Digital Marketing & Sales Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to manage our digital marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining our online presence, generating qualified leads, and converting them into sales through both digital and direct office interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with sales targets
• Plan monthly and campaign-based content calendars
• Create engaging content for online campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and events
• Identify target audiences and select appropriate digital channels
• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
• Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media
• Filter and forward qualified leads to the sales team
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure all content is professional, accurate, and brand-aligned
• Coordinate with management to promote priority products

Sales Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the office
• Understand and effectively promote company products to potential clients
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain and update the customer database
• Assist customers with inquiries, quotations, and product information
• Coordinate with digital marketing efforts to convert online leads into sales
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
