Human Resources (HR) Officer

About the Position

We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our team in Addis-Ababa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions and supporting the organization's human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employee recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel files
• Handle onboarding and off-boarding procedures
• Prepare attendance records, support payroll processing, and maintain performance documentation
• Assist in developing company policies and internal regulations
• Coordinate communication between management and staff
• Support daily administrative and HR-related tasks
