## Title: Human Resources Officer

Position Overview

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Manager, HR & Administration Department

General Functions

Under the general supervision of the Manager of HR and Administration Department, this role performs administrative duties across recruitment, selection, placement, human resource development, wages, benefits, files and records management, and employee welfare services. The position participates in developing systems to broaden and enhance the overall company human resource development policies and ensures all personnel actions are undertaken in accordance with approved human resource management policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform activities related to personnel management including recruitment, human resource development, pay administration, employee relations, and welfare services
  • Assist in sorting applications according to announced criteria and the Company's personnel recruitment procedures
  • Assist in organizing, arranging, and conducting competence ratings, written examinations, interview sessions, and reference checks
  • Follow up to ensure efficient staffing and training are carried out based on requests from other work units
  • Ensure consistent application of approved HR policies and procedures regarding recruitment, promotion, demotion, evaluation, transfers, resignation, disciplinary actions, wage and salary administration, and employee benefits
  • Participate in training needs assessments for human resources development programs
  • Ensure proper administration and control of personnel records and files
  • Administer employee benefit programs such as pension, insurance, and others
  • Compile and prepare HR statistics and periodic reports
  • Participate in preparing human resource plans and budgets
  • Participate in various HR studies
  • Perform other related duties as required
