Role Overview

The HR Manager will lead the company's human resource strategy and operations, ensuring effective workforce planning, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. This role requires a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to align HR practices with Testi Trading's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company strategy
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs across multiple departments
• Oversee performance management systems, including KPI tracking and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and international HR standards
• Design and deliver training and capacity-building programs for staff
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Support organizational growth through succession planning and workforce development
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive organizational culture
