## Title: HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Support the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with organizational vision, country laws, and international best practices
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Assist with employee relations cases and matters
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees
- Facilitate the implementation of planned staff training and employee career development programs
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Respond promptly and effectively to urgent, unexpected, or new matters
- Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and new requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
