Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Purpose of the Job: Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire top talents in alignment with company OKRs.Lead the onboarding process for all new hires and ensure smooth integration.Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, employee improvement plans, and recognition programs.Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.Enhance employee satisfaction by implementing engagement and training initiatives.Oversee administrative functions, office management, and facility operations.Prepare HR and admin-related reports for senior management.
