Position Details
- Job Title: Finance Manager
- Location: Batu/Ziway
- Number of Positions: Two
- Salary: As per company scale
Scope of Position
Reporting to the Backhouse Manager, the Finance Manager will oversee all post-harvest operations from intake to dispatch, ensuring effective process management, quality assurance, and cold chain integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise grading, bunching, and packing processes
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly production data
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate team and collaborate with production team on quality matters
- Manage staff training in health, safety, and hygiene
- Ensure compliance with export requirements and quality standards
- Monitor post-harvest losses and implement corrective actions
