## Title: Finance and Administration Officer

About the Role

Alazar Mamo Construction Company is seeking qualified applicants for a Finance and Administration position based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and controlling the budget
  • Recording and maintaining income and expense records
  • Processing payments including salary, supplier payments, and taxes
  • Managing bank relationships and performing bank reconciliation
  • Preparing financial reports (monthly and annual)
  • Following up on tax payments and legal obligations
  • Supporting internal audit activities
  • Coordinating overall office operations
  • Managing files and document control
  • Following up on procurement processes
  • Maintaining and controlling asset records
  • Managing employee documentation and providing HR support
  • Organizing meetings and handling logistics
  • Managing communication and relationships with external stakeholders
